OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Dave Michael reported that the State has approved Laurel's
closure plan subject to final inspection by our consultant.
The Committee recommended that the City postpone a garbage
rate increase for one month. This will allow the committee to
study the possibility of adjusting fees for certain areas.
A sub-committee will study business areas for adjustments.
