A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The meeting was held to hear reports from the sub-committee.
Larry Thomas reported on the adjustments for the collection
fees.
Motion by Dave Michael, seconded by Gay Easton to accept
the adjustments as proposed by the garbage committee. Motion
carried.
Jim reported on the container site costs and charges.
Motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Larry Thomas to amend
the fee for Fiberglass Structures per each dump of their 40 yard
container to $99.00, from $72.00. Motion carried.
The committee recommends that we do a study of whom and what
is being dumped at the container site before we recommend any fee
changes.
Motion by Marvin Carter, seconded by Gay Easton to close,.,
the container site on Tuesdays and Thursdays along with Sundays.

Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by Ed Steffans that we
recommend a rate increase of $1.25 per month. Motion carried
6--2 with Dave Michael abstaining.
