A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Dave presented 3 ordinances for housekeeping purposes.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Albert Ehrlick to
change the wording of Landfill or Transfer Site to "Container
Site" on Sections 8.08.010, 8.08.020 and 8.04.210. Motion
carried.
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Larry Thomas, to add
new section 8.04.240, collection exclusive by city. Motion
carried.
Motion by Albert Ehrlick, seconded by Jim Flisrand for a
Resolution to establish a rate of $25.00 for a spot truck plus $6.00
per cubic yard, as per Resolution #2570, for spot truck use.
Motion carried.
Dave presented information on load cells for trucks. The
committee recommended taking the trucks to Livingston to have
load cells installed. The printers will not be installed at
this time.
