Keith Thompson was present at the meeting to inquire as to what
commercial rates were based on. He is paying $13.50 per month.
The Committee recommended reviewing Keith's rates and then
notifying him of their findings.
Discussion was held on the subject of dumping in our containers.
Motion by Jim Flisrand, seconded by Larry Thomas, that
because commercial rates are based on volume that each business
dump in their own containers. Motion carried.
An Ordinance will be drafted to this affect and will be presented
to the Council for their consideration.
The Committee suggested that the City hire off-duty patrolmen to
catch illegal users of the garbage containers.
