GARBAGE COMMITTEE
APRIL 18, 1994 5:00 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bob Graham, Chairman
John Minch Marvin Carter
Albert Ehrlick L.D. Collins
OTHERS PRESENT: James Shaffer
Bob reported to the committee letter from Pat Potts, Department of
Health and Environmental Sciences, replying to Laurel's request to
explain the nitrates. We were turned down and therefore we must go
ahead with tasks: 7, 8A, 8B, 9 & possibly task 10. (See attached
letter with budget information)
Motion by L.D. Collins, seconded by Marvin Carter, to go ahead
with tasks 7 & 8A, but not 6A. Motion carried 6-0.
