FIRE COMMITTEE

A. Members present: Chairman Marvin Carter
Dave Gauslow , Ken Olson, D. L. KcGillen, Dave Powers, Bob Harris
B. Other's present: ,
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1) Chimney sweep brought to the Council's attention that
building permits were not necessary when installing
free standing stoves.
Committee feels a permit is necessary and the minimum
fee should be assessed.
If an ordinance is necessary we will have Joe draft one
to code.
Meeting adjourned 6:30 p.m.
Next meeting Tuesday, 7:.00 p.m., May 24th.
