FIRE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Purpose of this meeting was to establish grant writing to the Coal
Board. After realizing that in order to receive any money through
grants or direct loans we-must prove coal impact. At this time it
would be difficult to prove impact. The committee then decided to
put all our efforts into writing specs to get them ready for bid.
We will attend the Budget/Finance meeting on March 6th to discuss
any other means of financing the truck. The committee feels it is
important at this time to put the truck up for bid. These trucks
escalate in price 12 to 15% per year.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
