FIRE COMMITTEE

Pat Moore, Jerry Hergett
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
After much discussion on mill values and how a mill is figured in the
district, the following recommendation was approved:
The contract will be for $2,490.00 or approximately 11.3 mills.
District 8 was very adamant about every district paying their fair
share and being equal with each other according to mill value.
District 8 is working with some homes on the southwest end of the
district who have petitioned for fire protection. District 8
praised the LVFD for their fine response and coverage of the
district.
Meeting adjourned at.8:30 p.m.
We then met with Dave Powers representing the airport authority
and approved fire protection for them at $180.00 or approximately
11.3 mills.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
