A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. Will we receive 11.3 mills from the City for our budget?
2. At this time no special project planned for the new truck for
the department.
3. How much money is to be put in the CPF?
4. If Revenue Sharing can not be used for CPF, then allow it to
be used as the fire dep artment general budget.
5. The committee needs to sit down with Don Hackmann to discuss the
budget process of line items and how to interpret these line items.
6. As more housing develop s, what about a fee for the emergency
groups (i.e. police and fire)?
7. What is the breakdown for building fees? Where does the money go?
Meeting adjourned 8:30 p.m.
Meeting date is changed to the second Monday. Next meeting is
scheduled for June 11th at 7:00 p.m. at the FAP building.
