FIRE COMMITTEE

' A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
1. FIRE TRUCK: We called Helena and they informed us that by
Christmas we would know how things are going.
2. RURAL FIRE COUNCIL: We discussed a county-wide mutual aid
agreement.
It was the concensus of the committee to recommend to the
LVFD not to enter into any agreement at this time.
The Attorney General needs to write up a state-wide agreement
that will cover all the bases in case of any lawsuits.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
