FIRE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Discussion:
1. A date of March 10th, 7:00, for District 5 was set to go
over :& review the past year and to set contract for
1986-87.
March 24th was set for Districts 7 and 8 to do the same.
2. Discussion for billing schedules for emergency fire calls
created by individuals other than those protected by the
City or districts.
3. Having a new member put on the committee that would
represent all 3 districts.
4. A motion was made by K. Olson and seconded by E. Linger,
to have a resolution drawn up to be presented to the
Montana State Volunteer Fire Fighter's Assn to raise
the limit from 20,000 to 30,000 before an audit is needed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
