A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Meeting was called for the purpose of the districts to discuss the taxable valuation.
Discussion was held as to when we will meet with the districts
to discuss the contracts for the districts. Motion was made
by Earl Linger, seconded by K. Olson, that we will meet March 2nd
at 7 pm with all districts to inform them of the new contract
costs.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
