FIRE COMMITTEE

OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
A report by Chief McGillen that the Fire Service Area is now halfway
through the protest period, and will end in late August.
Discussion of a contract for the Fire Service Area by Chief McGillen.
The contract should be about the same as that of Fire Districts.
It will be gone over by the City Attorney to draft a contract.
Chief McGillen will work up an expense budget for the Fire Service
Area, as to what the$30,000 will be used for.
There will also be a contract drawn with the County for grass
fire protection in the Fire Service Area.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
