A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
The reason for the meeting is contract negotiations with
Fire District #5.
The taxable evaluation for District #5 is $358,848, contract
fee is to be $4,055 for 1989-1990.
District #5 accepted the contract.
Chief McGillen handed out the Fire Incident Statistical
Report.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
