A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Contract talks:
1. Price of $28,850 is bottom.
2. 3-day notice to terminate contract to be replaced with
90-days or 365 days with 5 year contract.
3. Increase, decrease clause if structures and values change
by 5%.
4. Length of contract, 5 years with $28,850 bottom line.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
