SUBJECT: Review of Following Classitications
1) TAC Operator- upgrade from grade 3 to Grade 9
due to extra duties and responsibilities.
Discussed the following:
1. Time required?
2. How great are the responsibilities?
3. is this job appointed or voluntary?
4. Why do we not include the alternate TAC?
s. Who checks who?
6. Are other dispatchers qualified to do any of this work?
7. What does TAC consist of?
8. Warrants?
9. Validations?
10. What is done in other departments?
2) Working Foreman- Upgrade from 16 to 18 due to extra duties
and responsibilities.
The Council had referred this back to the Committee.
1. Questions.
2. Schedules.
3. Responsibilities.
4. Other duties, bids & quotes.
Andy Loebe was the only Foreman at the meeting as Phil Curry
was out of town.
The Committee would like a written list of the extra duties
and responsibilities from each Foreman for the next meeting.
This was postponed for more information.

Council Chambers. The Committee needs a Council member replacement.
