OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more).present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
The Committee met to review the Request for Proposals
(RFP's) for a grant writer to assist in preparing a Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) application for an Economic
Development project in Laurel.
Four RFP's were requested and sent out to Grant Writers.
Only one completed RFP was received, which was from Double-
Tree, Inc., Bridger, Montana.
Don will write a letter to Double-Tree, Inc., and invite
them to the City Council meeting on November 19, 1991.
At this time the Council will interview the prospective
grant writer.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
