A quorum of 3 or more being present,the following action is"s taken by the Committee :
The Committee reviewed the following Business License applications;
J.L.Kaelberer D.B.A. Giv-Way Auto Sales
501 East Maim St.
Committee recommends Council approval.
Mary Ann Johnson D.B.A. Johnson's Kindergarten
523 Elm Ave.
Referred to City / County planning Board.
The Committee approved issuance by the City Treasurer, of Trausi*st,Licenses to
Bill Hester of Beauaent,Califernia for Mexican pottery sales.
Garry Fixkbeiner of Billings D.B.A.Junior Careers for:deor to door candy sales.
The Committee discussed issuing Licenses for the fiscal year,as recommended by the
State Auditor,rather than for the calendar year as is presently done.
The Committee discussed regulation of permanent "garage sales " and decided they
could be handled under existing cedes at this time.
The Committee briefly discussed revamping the present licensing ordinances with
City Attorney Joe Bradley.
