A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee:
committee reviewed the following applications and made these recommendations:
1. JAMISON MASONRY & CONCRETE - Committee recommends approval.
Rt #2 Box '1116
2. PIZZA HUT CONSTRUCTION - Committee recommends approval.

3. NEGU, INC. OFFICE - Committee recommends approval,-after fire inspection.
209 East Main
4. LAUREL REFRIGERATION - Committee recommends approval.
Rt 1 West Box 2000
5. DOT'S LIL' ORBIT DONUTS - Committee recommends approval, after she shows health license.
424 Byan Road
Committee discussed Asphalt Supply and Don Meyers suggested Jim Flisrand call or
write a letter to Steve Duganz as to there readiness for business.
Committee discussed delivery permits for Laurel, Peg checked with Billings and
found that a permit there costs $10.00 per each truck per year. Committee suggested
that Laurel start having delivery permits.- Need council !insight as to fee,,,.etc.
Committee discussed a fee should be charged for demolition permit issued by
building department. Again need council insight as to how much? Also what length of
time to give them to do the work.
Discussed the requirement of bonds from electricians, plumbers, roofers, contractors;
Peg and Jim Flisrand have discussed this and committee would like to have some input
from the council on this and also hear what Jim has to say from previous experience.
The committee was informed that the new fiscal year City License list will be
ready at the June 18th council meeting for review. The license committee will have
already had time to review and discuss it on the 17th at 5-1-M.
