A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee:
1. The committee met to go over the 1985-86 charges for City License;
it was pointed out by Peg that this years charges are $41,825.00 as
compared to last years $31,815.00 a difference of almost $10,000.00-
2. Committee discussed with Jim a little more on bonds required for
any contractor doing work on City right of way. We will decide more
on this later however it was decided that anyone getting a street
opening permit shall first have a bond filed with the treasurer. No
permit will be issued before securing a bond.
3. The committee recommended approval of all licenses charged.
