A quorum (J or more) present the following action was taken by the committees
1. Committee reviewed licenses issued in last month:
a. High Tech Construction
b. New Owl Cafe (Committee recommended to refund the $10.00 they paid
for fire inspection as it is a change of ownership and
? not occupancy.)
C. Dakota Seafood
2. Committee reviewed requests for new licenses:
a. Aaby Roofing - 1012-12th Avenue
Darrell moved for approval, seconded by Earl, approval unanimous
b. Stormont's Welding - 606 West Main __
Curt moved for approval, seconded by Earl, approval unanimous
c. Studio Laurel - 9 Montana Avenue .
Darrell moved for approval, seconded by Curt, fire inspection
will be required and then approved-
d. Rich's Repair - 207 West 1st St.
Chuck moved for approval, seconded by Curt, approval unanimous
e. Engineering Ltd. - 402 South 6th St.
Curt moved for approval, seconded by Darrell, approval unanimous
f. Hill Construction - 1343 Crawford Drive Billings
ri Darrell moved for approval, seconded by Curt, approval unanimous
g. Red's Paint& Repair - 2231 Reiter Drive
Darrell moved for approval, seconded by Curt, approval unanimous
3. Committee decided to wait with any discussion on changing fees regarding
video Poker and Keno machines and also premise licenses until such time as
the State has finalized their bill in the Legislature.
