1. Reviewed and-approved license issued during October:

recommend approval

recommend approval
d. J & L Construction - Curt made motion, L. Dc second,
recommend approval
e. Branstetter Stucco - Earl made motion, Curt second.
recommend approval
2. Committee discussed past due accounts, committee would like
to ask Joe Bradley if there is an Ordinance on the books for
a fine for past due licenses. Earl thought we should give a
business 30 days from July 1st to aquire license, committee
felt that after July 31st there shou4-d be a late charge assessed.
Earl moved and Curt seconded that if a license is not paid by
August 31st, the business should be suspended from the-license
roll and would then have to re-apply at such time as they do
work in Laurel.
3. Committee discussed a standard form for past due account be
set up with possibly using City Attorney letterhead stationary.
Is this possible?
4. The Simeon license that was reviewed in September was cancelled,
as they are no longer going into business
5. Discussed a.licensed business changing the location of doing
business and what we should require as far as fire inspection
and etc.
