1. NEW LICENSE REQUESTS:
a. Classic Shapes - 405 East Main
Committee recommends approval as there has already
been a fire inspection.
b. The Cop's Shop -.906 West Main
Committee recommends approval as there has already
been a fire inspection.
C. Edward D. Jones & Co. -- Investments
Committee recommends approval
d. l•-T Painting - 307 7th Avenue
Committee voted as follows. for approval: Chuck, yes;
Peg, yes; Earl, yes; L. D. Collins, NO; Committee
recommends approval' pending fire inspection,
e. Sue's Video Service - 1010 6th Avenue
Committee voted as follows for approval: Chuck, yes;
Peg, yes; Earl, yes; L. D. Collins, NO; Committee
recommends approval with no fire inspection needed.
Tom Brown of The Shell Shack appeared at the meeting
requesting information about adding'to his business,
PAWNBROKER. Committee informed him that he would have
to buy an additional $100.00 license and explained to
him the' City laws on pawnbroking. Tom will have to
check with the State of Montana to find out what their
requirements are first.
