3'??84 Committee recommended approval with Richard Barnhart
voting NO.

Committee recommended approval after a 4=2 vote.
2, Ron Marshall and Chuck.Rodgers spoke on behalf of Tom
Frank d/b/a Laurel Trailer Sales. It appears there could
be some problems with the business east of Tom, namely
Equipment Finders. A request was made that all council
people go over and take a look at it. There was much dis-
cussion.
