Committee reviewed new license applications as follows:

Applicant was approved for home occupation by C/C/P/B
on 4/12/90 pending approval of landlord. Upon reading
letter of approval from landlord, Bob recommended
approval seconded by Chuck. Motion carried 4--0 with
Richard abstaining.
2. SIOUX'S SALES - 921 East 4th (JEWELRY-CRAFTS-SECOND HAND)
Applicant met with C/C/P/B; planning board sent this
to license committee as it is already commercial zoned.
Bob recommended approval, pending fire inspection,
seconded by Peg. Motion carried 5-0.
3. LAUREL DETAILING - 202 Durland (CLEANING CARS FOR DEALERSHIP)
Applicant was approved for home occupation by C/C/P/B
on 4/12/90 subject to the limitation of one car at a
time and that she pick up thecars and deliver them.
Chuck recommended approval, seaoi3ded by Bob. Motion
carried 4-0 with Richard abstaining.
4. RON BOUCHER - 508 West 4th (APPLIANCE REPAIR & SALES)
Committee denied license as,Home Occupation Ordinance
strictly prohibits appliance repair.

Bob recommended approval pending fire inspection,
seconded by Richard. Motion carried 5-0
