A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Committee met to review license requests:
1. PUBLIC AUCTION AND CONSIGNMENT CO. INC. -
203 112 Shannon Road, P.O. Box 130 -- The fire
inspection has already been done and the committtee
recommended approval.
2. A.B.C. TV & APPLIANCE SERVICE - moved to
11 1/2 First Avenue - Fire inspection has been '
done and committee recommended approval for
change of location.
3. LAUREL'S OWN PAWNBROKER - 217 West Main -
Rob reported that the owner was complying with
getting everything up to code.
Guidelines for Business Licenses:
Alan presented a sheet with the proposed guidelines on
it and each member received a copy. They were asked to
bring it back to the January meeting with suggestions
or changes they would like to see.take place.
The meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.

hall).
3. Attend city/county planning board meeting with all pertinent

6. Arrange for- fire inspection if needed. (contact the fire

7. Attend the next scheduled city council meeting following the
