LICENSE COMMITTEE

OTHERS PRESENT: Vicki Metzger

A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN
BY THE COMMITTEE: Tim Ballou, manager for the new Burger King
applied, and was present at the license meeting. Rob Harris
said that the Burger King had passed the fire inspection.After
discussion with the Mayor, it was agreed to issue the license
that night so Burger King could open the following weekend
without being presented to the council. Tim was issued the
t -license with the instruction to be present at the next council
l meeting.
H & R Block has moved to a new building, however they did
not have a fire inspection that is required by licenses. Rob
Harris said he would go over the next day (8/28/91), and
complete the fire inspection.
