A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN
BY THE COMMITTEE:
f The committee reviewed the following request
or licenses:
1. Richard's Repair Storage and Rental-302 West Main
This business will be open storage and parking rental.
It will have no electrical hook-up and will have wire
fence separating the stalls. Committee recommended ap-
proval pending fire inspection.
2. Aspen Development--101 Main ST. Apt. P (Wiechert Apt.)
This business will be tele-marketing time share condos.
It will employee 5 people including manager JoAnn Thomas.
The zoning is already commercial and has had a fire
inspection. Committee recommended approval.
Discussion was held on babysitters requiring business licenses
in Laurel. Joe feels that the ordinances should be defined
more clearly. He would like to see our own ordinances to
follow the state guidelines.
License Committee strongly recommends to council that the city
create a position for a fire and building inspector.
