LICENSE COMMITTEE

A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN
BY THE COMMITTEE:
The committee reviewed th following request
for licenses:
/?p???r?? 1. Connie's Babysittinn -123$ 4th Ave.
This business will be a Child Day Care Center. She will
have 12 to 16 children a day and is licensed by the
state. She has had a fire inspection and has passed it.
She also has been to City-County Planning Board, and
was recommended to the council. She has had a public
hearing and council recommend to grant the special
review. The License Committee recommended approval.
2. Subway Sandwiches-112 1st Ave. South
1`'Ap1.v11-r This business will be selling sandwiches, soft drinks,
etc.. There will be no cooking of ingredients. The
License Committee recommends approval pending fire
inspecion.
3. Crafts B Wee-2715 Lackawanna
Wava Robinson will be making crafts in her home and
selling them through craft shows and consignments in
various stores. There will be no traffic at the home.
Rob Harris said no fire inspection was needed. The
license committee recommends approval.
