KBSR Radio Station has completed an application for a City license, and paid the fee. He is not in town at this time and has not meet with the committee. It is not sure whether the Owner understands that he has to go through this procedure. The committee had discussion on the fee a business should pay if it moves to a different physical address. The Ordinance reads the license is non transferable. Joe said that the wording transferable means not the physical address change but the changing of ownership. There will not be an additional charge if a, business changes location.( hs \ ? ? ; ..w o?^pY J With the problems that seem to be arising with licensing, the committee is looking into changing the format of the ap- plication. Vicki will get applications from class 3 cities and larger cities for a comparison. The committee is looking into a possible temporary license of approximately 3 days. We ask the council on their opinion for a temporary license. Vicki said a new taxi service had applied for a business license. She passed out the ordinances addressing Taxi's. It was questioned whether Pixley should have a license. More information will be needed before we proceed. Meeting adjourned.... l ` 1 (2)
