LICENSE COMMITTEE

A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN
BY THE COMMITTEE:
Mr. and Mrs. Goff applied for a business license to operate
a taxi service in Laurel. PSC requirements must be met before
license can be issued. This license was put on hold until the
PSC has a hearing.
Discussion was held on a license, with which we have a prob-
lem. The committee recommends that a warrant check be made on
all new license applications.
A new license application form will be submitted to the com-
mettee, by a sub-committee. (Rob, Mike, and Vicki)
Discussion was held on Pixley Transportation Company. Vicki
will do more research on what other towns do in regard to
license requirements.
