CITY HALL MEMBERS PRESENT: CHAIRMAN: Gay Easton Ron Marshall Dan Lowell Chuck Rodgers Vicki Metzger A QUORUM (3 or more) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE: C.0--c 11 Sam Productions, Inc.-202 East Railroad St. (Boise Cascade Bldg.) 6 a.rq Amy Ness is the location manager. The building will be used for storage and filming of a family movie. Jim Worthington has been at the building for inspection. Rob Harris will do an on going fire inspection. Amy has notified the Police Dept. the activity at the building. The committee recommends approval. Pet Palace-219 So. Washington Ave.-Nancy Gillis would like to be in full operation by July 1st. She will be grooming dogs and boarding dogs and cats. Jim Worthington has been watching the building as it's being built. Rob Harris also has been involved as it's being constructed. He will do a final fire inspection when the building is finished. The committee recommends approval. Albert Ehrlick and Dan Koch have reportedly been doing business in Laurel without a business license. Vicki is to send them a letter informing them they must have a license to do business. Jim's Sewer Service, we have had complaints, he is plumbing in Laurel and has not obtained a State Master Plumbers License. Vicki is to talk to Jim and call the State. Jazz, Era has not come in as Council asked to complete her application. Vicki will send her a letter. Except for the few problem licenses mentioned above, the committee recommends approval for the remaining licenses.
