A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS TAKEN
BY THE COMMITTEE:
i' Chalk-Up at 401 East Main applied for a business license.
Dennis and Judy Morgan would like to open a family billard
parlor. Rob Harris will do a fire inspection. Motion made
YY by Ron Marshall and seconded by Gay Easton to recommend a
business license pending fire inspection. Motion carried 6-0
Discussion was held on Richard Barnhardt 2nd Hand Store
License. The feeling of the committee was that a business
does not have to have seperate license to repair items
taken in trade. The category of 2nd Hand Store shall not
require a seperate fee.
Discussion was held on the purpose and function of the
License Committee.
Discussion was held on second licenses for repair and retail
businesses. The committee feels no seperate license should
be required for repair activities and normal retail business.
