OTHERS PRESENT:

A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS
TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE:
Keith Thompson was present to protest 'a request that
he purchase a business license for his bus station. He
stated it was against Interstate Commerce Laws. He felt
he has a license for a clothing store, and this should
allow him to sell anything he wants to, including bus
tickets. Motion made by Ron Marshall, seconded by Gay
Easton to have Keith Thompsons buy two separate business
licenses. Motion carried.
L.D. Collins asked for the definition of a flea market.
He feels a flea market and a farmers market is the same.
L.D. asked if a person selling fish fits into his flea
market license.
Respectfully submitted,
