A QUORUM (3 or MORE) PRESENT, THE FOLLOWING ACTION WAS
TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE:
FOX DISTRIBUTION located at 203 Shannon Road, was represent-
ed by Rob Congdon, manager. This business is a lumber dis-
tribution center. Darrell reported the fire hydrants around
the building are operable. A fire inspection is necessary,
and will be conducted when the sprinkler system is operat-
ing and up to fire codes.
Jim stated the building has been steam cleaned. He stated
that a small area had been tested and found contaminated.
It has been isolated and will be removed.
Ron Marshall made a motion to grant the license pending
