Dear Mayor Nelson
It has been a year since my accident and although my recovery has been miraculous, I still feel that
continuing to attempt to serve on all of the appointed committees should now end and allow others to
serve. As of today, please accept my resignation from Laurelcity county planning board, parks board
and Public works.
It has been an honor to serve when I was able. Maybe as I continue to heal I will feel up to participating
again and reapply. Thank you for the opportunity!
