Asphalt Supply is in the process of selling their company to Bob
Zimmerman, owner of Inoco. Bob Zimmerman, representing Inoco, was
• present to request a Laurel Business License.
Discussion was held on the past, current, and possible future
problems.
The committee recommends approval of this license, upon Inoco
meeting four conditions.
1. Inoco provide a list of materials to be used and stored at the
site.
2. A list of products to be manufactured.
3. A schedule of when trucks will pick up and deliver.
4. When any changes are planned at the site, the city must be given
notice for their review and approval.
(He is already planning to switch from latex based asphalt to
an emulsion process)
