LICENSE COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 16, 1996 2:30 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
MEMBERS PRESENT: Dirk Kroll .
Mike Atkinson
Vicki Metzger
OTHERS PRESENT: NONE
Vicki Metzger stated Don and Mary Ann Johnson would like to have a
commercial business at 911 1st Ave., during the Herbsfest. The
business would be on private property, by the high school. They
would have 2 signs, and would be selling satellite dishes.
Vicki Metzger explained she had talked to Cal Cummin regarding
zoning or any problems he might have.
Cal Cummin stated the Johnson's may be subject to a temporary use.
The Johnson's would be allowed to sell their product in less than
48 hours or less.
The committee decided to put this license to the council for more
discussion, and to clarify with Cal Cummin what was involved for
.the temporary use.
