Sl:rI'T(W T:. TWAT from and after the effective date of this ordinance,
no automobile, pickup truck shall be parked on any street, avenue or public
thoroughfare of tre City of Laurel, unless the same shall be equipped with a
bumper affixed to the front and to the rear of said vehicle.
SVr"T(W 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance

shall be.guilty of a middemeanor.
fi-rTTrK 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(30) days after its passage and approval.
