Section 1. That there is herewith adopted for the City of Laurel,
pursuant to Statute. 11-1102 R.C.Mo 1947, as amended, the Life Safety code 1067 '
in its entirety, as adopted by the National Fire Protection A--Soc'tation a:iad. as
the same is Aled with the City Clerk of the City of Laurel., hontana,
Section 2. Any ordinance or portion thereof, in conflict with the
provisions herein adopted is herewith repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall give notice, by publication in the
Laurel outlook of Laurel, Montana, of the intent to adopt this Code, at least
fifteen (15) days prior to its effective date.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect tha 9th
clay of netober, 196P.
Passed by the Vi.ty Council of the City of Laurel and approved by
the vayor this 3rd day of September, 1968.
