BE IT rRDA°INM BY THE CITY COWIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That there is herewith.adopted for the City of Laurel,
pursuant to Statute 11-1102 R.O.M. 1947, as amended, the Flammable and
Combustible Liquids Code 1966, in its entirety, as. Adopted by the National
Fire Protection Association and as the same is filed with the City Clerk of.tha
City of Laurel, Montana.
Section 2. Any ordinance or portion thereof, in conflict with the
provisions he„ein adopted is herewith repealed.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall give notice, by publications
in the Laurel nutlock of Laurel, Montana, of the intent to adopt this code,
at least fifteen (15) days prior to its effective date.
4ection 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect the
9t.h day of netober, 196R.
Passed by the City council of the City of Laurel and approved by the
Mayor this 3rd day of Sentember, 196P.
