General Items Reviewand approve the minutes fro€n the March 05. 2019 Budget and Finance Committee nleetial�T — Richard Klose made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 05, 2019 Budget and Finance Committee meeting, Druce McGee seconded the motion, all in favor, inotion passed, 0 Rcvickvi and approve the February 2.019 journal vouchers - The Co ialnlittee was intoarnaec-3 1?}= the Cwlerk/Treasurer that the February 2019 journal vouchers had not been presented to the Mayor for approval prior the Budget and Finance Committee meeting, so they were not ready li7r approval. The Committee decided to move this item to the April 02, 2019 triceting. Review and approve the February 2019 utility, billing acljaastme as - The Committee revic:vved the February 2019 utility billint ac�justments, Bruce McGee made a motion to approve the February 2019 utility billing adjustments, seconded by, Richard Klose, all in favor. motion passed. ® I�c_vicvv and approve the I=ebi•iiary 2019 financial statements -- The Clerk/Treasurer stated that since the 1 vbiu-ary 2019 _journal Vouchers were not approved by the flat or the February 20I9 linaiaciai Staternents are ready for review and approval. Richard Klose made a motion to remove the February 2019 Financial Statements troin the agenda and move them to the April 02.2019 agenda, seconded by Bruce McGee. all in far,,or, motion 1 zissed. P Review claims entered through 03/15/2019 and recommend approval to Council — Emelie Luton had previously reviewed the claims detail report and the check regisaer for accuracy. There vvas a question rcoarding what the asterisk mea -ant beside some of the claims. The Clerk/Treasurer stated than it meant that line item was over bUd°et. Emetic Eaton made a illotion to I'ecommend approval to Council all claainls entered through 03t15i'2019. seconded by Bruce McGee, all in favor. motion passed. Rev-ievv the Comp/Overtime report for Pay Period Ending 01/10/2019 - The Con -i nittee reviewed the Co€np"Overtime hours for pay period ending 03/10/2019 and had no questions or comments regarding the comp/overtime reports.
