ORDINANCE NO. 576
BEING AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION OF THE FINES
AND PENALTIES COLLECTED BY THE POLICE COURT, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAUREL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That from and after the date of passage of this
Ordinance, that all monies collected in fines and penalties by the Police
Court of the City of Laurel shall henceforth be deposited in the Police Fund.
Section 2. It is herewith declared that an emergency
exists and that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its passage.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
19th day of July, 1966.
