ORDINANCE NO. 566
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER XVII.
Sub Section (6).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAUREL, MONTANA:
SECTION f. That Section (6) of Chapter XVII. is hereby amended
by the addition of the following paragraph:
"However, nothing herein shall be construed as to prohibit
the City Council upon application to permit or grant to any
person, firm or organization, the right to exhibit merchand-
ise or goods, or to temporarily install booths upon the
sidewalks; however, all such permits or licenses shall
be temporary in nature and shall only be done upon special
permit granted by the City Council under controlled conditions. "
SECTION 2. This amendment shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its passage.
Passed by the -City Council of the City of Laurel and approved
by the Mayor this 7th day of April, 1964.
