Section 1. That said 'ordinance No. 298 be amended by adding
thereto immediately after Section 145K the followinat
3eetion 1453, NONPROFIT CLUB. Every person, firm or
corporation engaged in operating a Non-Profit olub, which has been
duly organized under Section 64540 hevised Codes of kontana, 1935, ?--
as amended by Chapter 8133„ of the thirtieth Legislative Assembly,
of the State of kontanai, 1947, within the City of Laurel, Montana,
shall pay one hundred ($l!jj9j) Dollars per year for such license.
Section 2. All licenses issued under this ordinance shall
expire on the lot day of January, following the issuance of said
licenses and a full year is license fee shall be charged regardless
of when o*1A license was issued.
Section 145T9 PIN-BALL, AND FLIT-TOP MACIiINESo livery person,
firm or corporation operating in their place of business within the
City' of Lagrelt MOntanar, any pin-ball or flat-top machina, whether
electrically driven or othe"ime propelled, shall pay a license fee
of $12.54k (Twelve dollars and b13/Um) per year for such liesnaQ for
each machine.
Section 39 All licenses issued ardor this ordinance shall
expire on the lot day of January, following the issuance of said
license, mod a full year's license fee shell be charged regardless
of when said license was issued.

Section 14811. M=-50XW. Every person, firm or corporation
operating in their place of business within the City of Laurel, Montana,
any Juke-Box shall pay a license f®e of Twelve Dollars and 60/1880

shall pay a license tee of Twelve Dollars and 88/189 ($12.60) per
year for such license for each m&ohine,
Section 8. All licenses issued under this ordinance shall
expire on the lst day of January, following the issuance of said
license, and a full year's license fee shall be charged regardless

selling, renting, servicing or repsiring pin-ball or flat-stop
machines or Juke boxes, or any of them, within the Cito' of Laurel,
Montana, shall pay a License of Three and 5#/140 Dollars (03.38)
per quarter for such license.
Section 60 All ordinances &nd parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed,,
