Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Roy Zahm,Bob Western,Don Schlegelmilch,and Bill
Brennan.
Guests present were Bob Redding,Craig Canfield,and Randy Pfeifle.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
R.E.A.& M.D.U. plus engineering costs have come to just under $9000 for service
extension to new area.This will cost about $1,100 for each of the eight lots.lt was
suggested by Bob Redding that we spread the installation cost to each lease over
20 years.The Authority declined.
Craig reported that Enviromental Assessment and Land Use Study are in
progress-Collecting data on operation numbers.G.P.S./L.P.V. studys are in
progress.Hay bales and trees on east end of ry 22/4 may be an obstruction.Will
apply for 50% State grant for environmental assessment.
Runway repairs are pending until we are able to contact Hardrives.Old runway
repairs are very expensive as we receive no F.A.A.funding.Crosswind runways
have a very low priority.
Hangar repairs in "old hangar area"are not going to be completed by January
1,2009 as specified.None of the owners have contacted us yet.The agreement
stipulated that they be completed by the deadline or they will be demolished.
The former "Big Sky Aircraft" building will be foreclosed on in April,2009.
Need to order more wind socks.
