MUTUAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
Doug Poehls stated that the Mutual Assistance Agreement between the City of Laurel
and Cenex is being brought before the committee. It has been reviewed by Cenex, City
Volunteer Fire Department and Sam Painter, City Attorney. A Motion by Chuck
Dickerson, seconded by Scotty Snowden was made to present the Mutual Assistance
Agreement to the council for approval in December.
Doug announced there will be no Emergency Services meeting next month in December.
The meeting was adjourned.
