Board of Adjustment called to order at 7:30 p.m. with the followipg
members present:
Claude Cory Don Cahill
Andy Muri Curt McKenzie
'Bruce Teeters, new member
Also present:

Marvin & Vera Fjelstad, 3228 Parkhill Dr., Billings
Jerry Fjelstad, 1026 Ridge Dr., Laurel
FILE #86-01FJELSTADt MARVIN R.: A variance has been requested on
Lot 17A, Block 24, Laurel Realty, 2nd Subdivision, R6000 zone, to
allow the move on of an existing house. The property is located at
520 Wyoming Avenue, Laurel, MT.
Petitioner present. Fees paid. Advertised in the Laurel Outlook
5/21 and 5/28/86. No protests received.
Cai Cumin says it is a good use for that lot, fits with the ordinance.
Marvin Fjelstad states the house is coming from Billings. It will,be
a permanent residence. House is 20 years old. Would like to move on
right away - the house is on a storage lot now. There will be a full
basement as the sewer appears to be deep enough to support same.
Discussion.
Motion from Don Cahill, second from Curt McKenzie, to approve the
variance. Vote: 5 for, 0 against. Carried.
