Meeting of the Board of Adjust_~.ent called to order with
the following members present:
Andy Muri
Don Cahill

FILE #87-01:
A variance has been requested on S% Lot 18, 19, 20 in Block 4
of Park Subdivision, R6000 zone, to allow expansion of a non-
conforming use, giving relief for the setbacks. The property
is located at 605 7th Avenue, Laurel, MT.
Petitioner present. No protests. Fee paid.
Laurel Outlook April 22 and April 29, 1987.

Five petitions in
Petitioner states they would like to extend the south facing
wall to the west and to extend the entire front of the house
west to the 20 ft. minimum setback now required. They want
to add on a family room, laundry room, bedroom, and remodel
entire insides.
Discussion of setbacks. Across the street on 6th Avenue the
average setback is 17 ft.
Cal Cumin, Joe Bradley, and Jim Flisrand were not present.
Motion from Bruce Teeters to grant the variance as requested,
seconded by Don Cahill. Motion carried 4 for, 0 against.
Petitioner will secure a building permit at a later date.
