Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were Bill Brennan,Don Schlegelmilch,and Roy Zahm.
Guests present were Bob Redding,Doug Poehls,Randy Pfeifle,and Tor(K.L.& J.)
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills were presented and approved.
Tor reported on G.P.S./L.P.V. survey and environmental study update.We are getting estimates from
R.E.A. and M.D.U.on providing gas and electrical service to one section of the new hangar area(north of
Roy.s hangar).The total should be under $10,000 for 8 hangar sites.One new hangar in this area is
scheduled for construction in October.
Don reported on attending a T.A.P.conference.This is a new organization in Montana for small
airports-We need to budget funds to send members to meetings.
Received a letter from Rocky informing us of planned training activity at our facility.
We need to repair the two lighted wind socks north of the runway.
Meeting adjourned at 1940.
